Milk Pudding

Traditional Uruguayan product. It's one of Calcar specialties and it's ranked as one of best Dulce de leche in all the region.

It has a delicate taste, creamy, and with unique color, consistency and brightness. It contains important nutritional values that make it an ideal nutriment for children and adults.

Made with pasteurized and standardized milk, with sugar, milk cream and corn starch.

Chemical composition:

  • Humidity up to .. 30%
  • Fat .. 9% minimum
  • Ashes up to .. 2%
  • Proteins .. 5% minimum

Standard Microbiologic:

  • Staphylococcus Coag. Positive < 10 ufc/g
  • Hongos y Levaduras < 50 ufc/g

Condition environmental that the product should be conserved: once It's open it must be kept in fridges (at about 4ºC ).

Period during the which it stays unalterable: Shelf life 4 months.

Sold in: glass jars, plastic pots with aluminum foil and small disposable pots of 3 and 5 kg. packed in corrugated cardboard.
